Adult / Teen CanSkate

Adult/Teen CanSkate is a learn to skate program tailored to teens and adult participants. This is a dynamic learn-to-skate program that focuses on fun, participation and basic skill development. Skaters will learn a series of balance, control and agility skills taught in six stages. Adult/Teen CanSkate is for participants who can get up and stand on the ice with balance, and move forward. This class focuses on individual development, with the skills focus on stops, balance, control and agility. Skaters require a CSA-approved hockey helmet. Skaters will learn to enhance their existing skating skills in a fun and comfortable learning environment.  Sessions include group instruction tailored to individual skating ability. Our Adult/Teen CanSkate sessions are instructed by Skate Canada Certified Professional Coaches and delivered in a group format.  All ice and coaching costs are included in the registration price.
